DOES JIBANA ONLY DO WEDDINGS?

No! We got you covered for every occasion where you'd want to have your makeup and hair done! Please refer to our Rates & Services page and look under Special Occasions.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES JIBANA ACCEPT?

E-Transfer or cash. HST is included in the prices in the Rates Page.

HOW DO I SECURE MY APPOINTMENT?

For Wedding's: Once you've paid your 30% deposit of your total wedding package, your wedding is officially booked and secured.

WHAT IF I HAVE A LARGE WEDDING PARTY, DOES JIBANA HAVE A TEAM?

Yes! JIBANA will bring a team for parties who would require more than 4 people receiving makeup and/or hair services.

HOW LONG DOES MAKEUP AND HAIR SERVICES TAKE?

We typically ask to reserve up to 45 minutes for makeup applications or 90 mins for hair and makeup services to be completed per person.

DOES JIBANA CHARGE FOR FALSE EYELASHES?

No, JIBANA modified her rates to include false strip lashes and application.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK HAIR AND MAKEUP WITH JIBANA?

No, you are not required to book hair and makeup services with us. However, we do require a minimum per booking.

We require at minimum of $400 per wedding booking. Which is basically makeup services for 1 bride and 4 individuals from the bridal party.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN BOOKING MY WEDDING WITH YOU?

JIBANA will provide you with a bridal outline that will include a general quote and details of what's to come when booking with us. We will also provide a full price chart, itinerary, invoices and contract.

There is also a $20.00 on-site service fee for all wedding bookings.

Remember, to secure your wedding date, you must provide a 30% deposit from your total.

DO YOU REQUIRE REFERENCES?

No, it is not necessary but it is helpful to see what you have in mind in terms of hair and makeup. We encourage you to provide us with photos and we can work together and see what would work best for you.

HOW FAR DOES JIBANA TRAVEL TO?

JIBANA is based in Toronto. As of right now, our services are offered only in the Greater Toronto Area.
